In 2011 I became interested in graphic print techniques, so I scraped together my money and took 2 courses. They were great courses! Most of the people in the course were veterans, so they just worked on their own projects. The 3 or 4 new people got a couple of lessons about etchings and then we were left to our devices, too. I like that. 🙂 So below you find some of the work I have done. Not all of it, because I also had one or two projects that I ruined. These things happen when you work with acids! As you might notice, I tried three techniques: etching, board press and lino cutting (if those are the proper terms!). Actually, I just realised I never took photos of my lino series. One of them was quite presentable, so I will go find and photograph them in the very near future!
I’d love to make more graphic work, but I’m not sure when I can.
